This offer is exclusive to NRLA members and only open to new Howsy customers who have registered after September 30th 2021, with properties that already have active tenancies. This offer is not transferable. The offer only applies to our Fully Managed and Protect monthly management fees.
The promotional offer excludes optional extras (such as Accompanied Viewings, Photography, Deposit Protection etc.) that are purchased in addition to our management services.
The discount will start from the point that Howsy manages the property, which is defined as when Howsy begins property management of a tenanted property. The discount will apply to the first 12 months fees, after which the new price will be communicated to you.
The price plan with the 30% discount applied;
(£41/month (including VAT) for ‘Fully Managed’ properties outside of London
£62/month (including VAT) for ‘Fully Managed’ properties inside London
£90/month (including VAT) for ‘Protect’ properties outside London
£118/month (including VAT) for ‘Protect’ properties inside London)
